By accessing our website and/or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

This website is operated by The Sea Treasures, a business licensed in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to The Sea Treasures.
2. Products
We specialize in handmade jewelry (including necklaces) and crafts (“rafts”) made from natural materials, including but not limited to real seashells, freshwater pearls, stones, and other craft supplies.
Handmade Nature: You acknowledge that all our products are handmade. As such, they may have slight variations in color, size, shape, and pattern from the product images shown on the website. These are not defects but a mark of unique, handcrafted quality.
3. ⚠️ Important Safety Warnings & Disclaimers
Your safety is our priority. You must read and acknowledge the following warnings before purchasing or using any of our products.
- Choking Hazard: Our products (especially jewelry and craft kits) contain small parts, such as pearls, beads, charms, and small seashell fragments. These small parts are a serious choking hazard.
- Keep Away from Children: All products sold by The Sea Treasures are intended for adult use only. They are NOT toys. Please keep all items safely out of reach of small children and pets at all times.
- Do Not Ingest: Our products are for decorative and ornamental use only. They are NOT EDIBLE. Do not, under any circumstances, place products in or near your mouth. Ingesting any part can be dangerous.
- Allergy Notice: Our products are made with natural sea materials, including real seashells and freshwater pearls (which come from mollusks). While these items are for external use, individuals with severe shellfish, mollusk, or fish allergies should exercise extreme caution, as handling these materials may cause an allergic reaction.
- Fragile Materials: Products are made from real, natural materials which can be fragile. Please handle your items with care. We are not liable for breakage due to improper handling, dropping, or storage.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Sea Treasures (including its owner, employees, and affiliates) shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, personal injury (such as choking or allergic reactions) or property damage, arising from your use of any of our products, or from your failure to follow the safety warnings listed in Section 3.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs, is the exclusive property of The Sea Treasures and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our products or designs without our express written permission.
6. Orders and Payment
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
- All prices are listed in AED – United Arab Emirates Dirham.
- Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept the following payment methods: Cash on delivery, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
7. Shipping Policy
We will ship products according to the timeframes specified in our Shipping Policy. Please review our separate Shipping Policy page for detailed information on processing times, shipping costs, and delivery estimates.
The Sea Treasures is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or customs clearance issues.
8. Returns and Refunds
Due to the handmade and delicate nature of our products, all sales are final.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

Shipping Policy for The Sea Treasures

Thank you for shopping with The Sea Treasures! We are dedicated to getting your handmade items to you safely and efficiently. Here is what you need to know about our shipping process.
1. Order Processing Time
All our products are handmade with care. Please allow [ 5-10 business days] for us to create, prepare, and pack your order for shipment.
- Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or for large custom orders.
- Our business days are [Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday], excluding UAE public holidays.
2. Domestic Shipping (United Arab Emirates)
We ship to all Emirates within the UAE.
- Shipping Rate: We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of 50 AED on all domestic orders.
- Shipping Carrier: All domestic orders are shipped via a local Abu Dhabi courier, Aramex, etc.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Once your order has been processed and shipped, please allow [1-5] business days for delivery.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package’s journey.
5. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.
The Sea Treasures is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address, or for packages that are lost or returned due to an incomplete or inaccurate address. If an order is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for paying the re-shipping fee.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
The Sea Treasures is not liable for any products that are lost or damaged by the shipping carrier after they have left our hands.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim. We recommend saving all packaging materials and damaged goods (and taking photos) before filing your claim.
